	Green Energy Capital of Canada part 2 of 9 Councillor Andrew Patrowski first seeks clarification of the definition of "Green Energy" and appeals to the chair who has Mayor Diodati explain his desire to keep the definition open to allow innovative new uses of the term. The councillor continues to state opposition stating that James Bay "licks us" for output in Green Energy and that other areas lick us in terms of jobs, and he states that perhaps because of the heavily subsidized nature of green energy that he would prefer to bring a motion that Niagara become the "Red Energy" capital.
