The Green Deal | Fully Charged

People are able to install new boilers, insulation, solar panels or a range of other things (they are encouraged to install more than one) to help them to stop wasting energy or to produce renewable energy. These changes mean they save on energy bills and the savings are used as repayments for the products they had installed.
