	How to Seed the Joecell Water Fuel cell Part2. The Joe cell and it seeding Part 2 of two parts In then 1990 there appears on the Scene an amazing Fuel Source Device called the Joe cell but only a few people got to hear about it and the actual details and a demo were also harder to obtain. Coming from Australia and claimed to have been under the guidance of Peter Stevens from Casino of New South Wales. Also claiming to be able to power a car on small amount of water and for many miles. Claim to have a great acceleration Whilst Joe fronted several videos both of on VCR and YouTube dealing with Joe Cell, apparently the actual idea is nearly a hundred years old and complete details were lacking but some claim to have seen vehicles actually using it. There was an article in the Nexus New Times magazine about this time about this device. Others claimed to have reproduced this device worldwide using the internet and then there was also claims they were warned to cease any involvement with this project. This may have been true or maybe not. The experiment as outlined here is my attempt to reproduce this device as I have come to understand it and from information gleamed for various sources including the internet. Whilst not all details have been revealed, a lot has, and by using what I know I hope to find out more about this energy source by building with what I know.
